Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Exclusive Home Finder (the “Site”), operated by Allison — Real Estate Media & Marketing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site is informational

The Site provides search, comparison, and matching tools for real-estate buyers and sellers. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or fiduciary advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before relying on any information presented here.

2. Estimates are estimates — not appraisals

Property value estimates, cash-offer ranges, and ROI projections displayed on the Site are automated calculations derived from third-party data and statistical models. They are not appraisals, broker price opinions, or guaranteed offers. Actual market value depends on inspection, condition, current market conditions, and many other factors. Do not rely on any estimate as a guarantee of sale price, purchase price, or appraised value.

3. Listing accuracy is not warranted

Listing data comes from MLS feeds, builder websites, and third-party aggregators. We make reasonable efforts to keep it current but do not warrant that listings, prices, availability, square footage, school ratings, school boundaries, taxes, HOA fees, or any other listing attributes are accurate, complete, or up to date. Verify all details with the listing agent, builder, or county records before relying on them.

4. Agent recommendations and fiduciary relationships

When you ask the Site to match you with an agent, we route your inquiry to an agent we believe is a good fit based on the criteria you provide. The recommendation is informational.

No fiduciary or agency relationship is created between you and any recommended agent until you sign a written buyer-broker or listing agreement. Receiving an agent recommendation, exchanging messages, or taking a tour does not by itself create an agency relationship. State buyer-broker agreement requirements (including California AB 2992) apply before any offer is presented.

5. Buyer-broker touring agreements

When you request a tour through the Site, you may be asked to sign a non-exclusive 7-day touring agreement compliant with the NAR settlement and applicable state law. The agreement is governed by its own terms, which control over these Terms in case of conflict regarding the touring relationship.

6. Communications and TCPA consent

When you submit a form, you consent to receive communications about your inquiry through the channels you provide (email, SMS, phone). Where required, your consent is captured in a consent record stamped with the exact wording shown to you at the time of submission.

You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP, opt out of email via the unsubscribe link, and opt out of calls by telling us on any call or emailing the address below. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site to scrape listings, agents, or any data at scale without our written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary algorithms.
  • Submit false, misleading, or third-party contact information without authorization.
  • Use the Site to harass, defame, or send unsolicited commercial communications to agents or other users.
  • Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or features by any technical means.
  • Use the Site to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Resell, redistribute, or republish Site content or AI-generated summaries without written permission.

8. AI-generated content

Some property summaries, agent profiles, and value-report narratives on the Site are generated by AI models from underlying facts. We instruct the models to use only the facts provided and to avoid fabricating statistics; however, AI can still make mistakes. Treat AI-generated summaries as a starting point, not as a definitive description, and verify any specific claim against the underlying listing or source.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, code, AI prompts, original copy, and aggregated data layouts, is owned by Allison — Real Estate Media & Marketing or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party listing data is owned by the respective MLSs, builders, and data providers. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial real-estate search; all other uses require our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Allison — Real Estate Media & Marketing, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allison — Real Estate Media & Marketing from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third-party right.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Dispute resolution and informal negotiation

Before filing any claim against us, you agree to first contact us at support@exclusivehomefinder.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Both parties agree that statutory rights and remedies under TCPA, CCPA, and similar laws are not waived by this clause.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated “Last updated” date and a new version slug. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for thirty days after they take effect. Your continued use of the Site after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
