Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Allison — Real Estate Media & Marketing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Exclusive Home Finder (the “Site”) — including when you search for properties, request a value or cash-offer report, ask to be matched with an agent, or otherwise interact with the Site or our follow-up communications.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Lead information you provide. Name, email, phone number, mailing or property address, search criteria, timeline, budget, and any comments you submit through our forms (search registration, tour requests, value reports, cash-offer requests, agent-match chat, etc.).
• Property lookups. Addresses you search, places you select from Google autocomplete, properties you save, and data derived about those properties (estimated value, comparable sales, ownership status).
• Cookies and similar technologies. A randomly generated visitor ID stored in your browser to keep your saved homes / agents and to attribute your form submissions to the correct ad campaign. Standard analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) where the operating deployment has configured them.
• IP geolocation. Your IP address is observed by our servers and used to derive a coarse region for the page (state-level) so we show you listings in the right market. We do not store precise location.
• Browser fingerprint via visitor_id. The visitor_id cookie is a pseudonymous identifier (not derived from any device hash); it lets us connect your activity across pages without requiring a sign-in.
• Consent records. Date, time, IP, user agent, and the exact wording of the consent text you saw when you opted into SMS, email marketing, or a buyer-broker touring agreement.
• Communication history. Records of SMS, email, and phone calls between you and our team, including transcriptions of recorded calls where applicable and lawful.

2. How we use your information

• To run your property searches and deliver the listings, value reports, or cash offers you requested.
• To match you with an agent and to share your inquiry with the agent we route you to.
• To send follow-up emails, texts, or calls about your inquiry (with your consent where required).
• To improve the Site, debug issues, and measure how our funnels perform in aggregate.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our Terms.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only in the following limited cases:

• Third-party data providers. We query property-data APIs including ATTOM Data Solutions, BatchData, Melissa Data, Google Places, and SimplyRETS to fetch listings, valuations, and address verification. The address or place ID you search is sent to those providers; they return data; nothing about your identity is shared.
• CRM and messaging providers. We use GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) to manage contacts, send transactional emails, and send SMS. Your name, contact info, and messaging history are stored there to deliver the communications you opted into.
• Matched agent or partner. When you ask to be matched with an agent, your inquiry — including name, email, phone, search criteria, and any comments — is shared with the agent we route you to so they can follow up.
• Analytics providers. Where the operating deployment has configured Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Meta Pixel, aggregated event data (page views, form submissions, no PII in the event payload) is sent to those services.
• Legal compliance. When required by law, regulation, valid legal process, or governmental request.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, your information may transfer, subject to the same privacy protections.

Mobile information is never sold or rented. Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, and consent metadata are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes — never. This restriction applies even to corporate affiliates and business partners.

4. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account or lead record is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legitimate business or legal purposes. Consent records are kept for the full retention period required by TCPA and state privacy law (typically at least four years from the date of consent). You can request deletion at any time using the contact below.

5. Opt-out and your choices

• SMS: Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Email: Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or email us at support@exclusivehomefinder.com.
• Phone: Tell us on any call and we will add you to our internal do-not-contact list within one business day.
• Cookies: You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Doing so will not break the Site but will reset your saved homes / agents.

6. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you reside in California, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you and how we use it.
• Access a copy of your personal information.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention exceptions.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
• Limit use of sensitive personal information.
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, email support@exclusivehomefinder.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will respond within 45 days.

7. Do Not Sell or Share my personal information

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. If you would like to confirm this in writing, email support@exclusivehomefinder.com.

8. European Economic Area, UK, and other regions (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our legal bases for processing your personal information are (i) your consent (where you opt into communications), (ii) the performance of our agreement with you (when you request a property report or agent match), and (iii) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Site. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact us at the email below to exercise them.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated “Last updated” date and a new version slug. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for thirty days after they take effect.
