Empire Homes is the US brand of Empire Communities, a Canadian homebuilder founded in 1993 and headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The company has built over 38,000 homes and condominiums across more than 100 communities in six US states and Ontario. In the Atlanta market, Empire focuses on luxury infill townhomes and single-family homes in intown and close-in suburban locations. Georgia operations are branded Empire Homes; Canadian and some US markets use the Empire Communities name.
