Kerley Family Homes

Kerley Family Homes was founded in 2007 by Gene and Joe Kerley in metro Atlanta. The company closed its first home that year and grew to more than 1,700 homes delivered in its first decade. Kerley builds single-family homes and townhomes across North Georgia in Cobb, Paulding, Bartow, Douglas, and surrounding counties. The builder has been ranked among the Top 25 Atlanta Home Builders by MarketNsight and was listed in Builder Magazine's Top 100 Home Builders in America.
